The majority of these women who fall through the care cracks are those who have access barriers due to social determinants of health (SDOH).
We’re on a mission to close this care gap by ensuring that vulnerable moms get access to clinically-effective, inclusive, prevention-based mental health care early.
Through our platform, we’ve been able to reach—and impact—moms who would otherwise have nowhere to go. We’re proud of the work we’ve done thus far, and we have big plans for helping our partners achieve their maternal health equity goals in 2024.
